Welcome to ESC Masters.

Our Masters section offers coached swim training for swimmers aged 18yrs+. The programme caters for a wide range of interests, from those that are keen  to compete in amateur open meets, triathletes, open water swimmers to those that just enjoy the challenge of a good training session and want to build up  fitness levels.

Adult Improvers are also welcome and are allocated separate lanes. The minimum requirement for Improvers is to be able to swim 100m (4 lengths) and the focus is on technique and building stamina.

Due to the proposed development of the Gurnell Leisure Centre, ESC Masters will train at Northolt Leisure Centre.

Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, we can no longer provide kickboards or pullbuoys for our members’ use. You are strongly recommended to procure your own kickboard and pullbouy and label them clearly with your name.

FEES:
Joining fee for new member: £45.00 to include free ESC hat.
The monthly fees from September are for 2 swims per week.
  • £55.00 p/month for Full Masters which comprises £44.50 swimming fee and £10.50 membership subscription and
  • £52.50 p/month for Improvers which comprises £42.00 swimming fee and £10.50 membership subscription.

On joining, a payment by bank transfer is requested to cover the joining fee of £41.00, the first month of training fees and your membership subscription.

To ease the Club`s administration, members are asked to pay by Direct Debit. Payment by other methods will incur an administration charge of £2 per month.

Members should please note that fees are payable for all 12 months of the year although the club will be closed for around seven weeks each year. This is because the cost of running the club are divided into twelve equal instalments to make the payment by Direct Debit easier.

Members are also required to be registered with Swim England as Category 1 members – (Club Train). This provides club membership and insurance cover. The fee is reviewed on an annual basis and is approximately £25.00 per year.   This fee is confirmed and collected on an annual basis.
 
Please note that for Members who compete, the Swim England Category 2 fee for competition entry – (Club Compete) is payable.  This allows for competition entry.  The fee for 2025 is £50.00 per year.
