• Launch the app.

• If you are in a region other than UK, tap the link next to Team Region, select your region, and tap Done.

• Enter the same username and password you use to log in to the website, then tap LOG IN.

• If you don't remember your password, tap Forgot Password? and follow the prompts.

• If you belong to multiple organizations, next tap your desired org.

**NOTE: You can only use the mobile app if you have an active user account and login/password with an organization that uses our services.
